Kudaibergenov Mukhtar Sarsenbekovich is doctor of biological sciences.
M.Kudaibergenov was born in 1952 in the Algabas (now Baidibek) district of the South Kazakhstan region. In 1975, he graduated with honors from the Tashkent Agricultural Institute with a degree in scientist agronomist breeder. In the years 1975-1977 he worked in the Shymkent State Agricultural University as a senior specialist in the laboratory of silk industry.
In 1977 he entered the postgraduate school of the Kazakh Research Institute of Agriculture. Since 1980, he has been working in the Kazakh Research Institute of Agriculture as an agronomist, a junior researcher, a senior researcher, the head of the laboratory for primary maize seed production, and the head of the department for breeding and maize seed farming. Since 1995, deputy director of KazNIIZ for marketing and economic analysis, vice president of the Republican Association for Seed Production "Asyl Tukym". Since 1997, Deputy Director for Science of KazNIIZ. Since 1999 he has been working as the director of the Kazakhstan Seeds Association. In 2001 - Deputy Director of the Grain Department at the Ministry of Agriculture. In 2003, Deputy Director of the Scientific-production Center for agriculture and plant growing. Since 2005, the director of the department, deputy chairman, deputy general director of “KazExim-Group” LLP.
Since 2009, he has been working in the department for the breeding of oilseeds, fodder and leguminous crops of the Kazakh Research Institute of R&D. Since 2011 worked as head of the department of legumes, since 2019 is chief research specialist.
In 2005 he defended his thesis for the degree of Doctor of Biological Sciences in the specialty "Breeding and Seed Production".
Under the leadership and direct participation of Kudaibergenov M.S. 25 varieties and hybrids of grain and leguminous crops were created. Among them are varieties and hybrids: Saule, Zhuldyz, Bota, Azyk - spring barley; Kazakhstan 435 SV, Kaz ZP 589, Kaz ZP 669, KazZP 779, Turan 559 NE, Turan 680 NE, Turan 480 NE - corn; Perizat - soybeans that are approved for use in production both in the Republic of Kazakhstan and abroad.
The main provisions of scientific research are reflected in 12 certificates of authorship and 5 patents for created varieties and hybrids, 4 recommendations, 1 textbook for universities and more than 80 scientific works on breeding, genetics, biotechnology and seed production of grain and leguminous crops. Under the leadership of M. Kudaibergenov 4 candidate dissertations were prepared. He was awarded the Certificate of Honor of the Komsomol of Kazakhstan (1984) and the Certificate of Honor of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2012).
