Farmers of Kazakhstan harvested grains and pulses throughout 99.8% of the area. Only some field under corn and rice left to be harvest, declared acting director of department of agricultural markets, organic products and technical regulations of the Ministry of Agriculture of Kazakhstan, Saule Zhurynova on October 22.

“Grain production reached 20.5 mln tonnes. This volume is enough to cover fully inner needs and export 7.8 mln tonnes of grain”, - she pointed out.

S.Zhurynova added that the current state wheat stocks total 10.9 mln tonnes.
