During his speech at the VII Congress of the Atameken National Chamber of Entrepreneurs, the Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev instructed to adequately determine the future of the country's agriculture, Kazpravda.kz reports with reference to the press service of the President of Kazakhstan.

"Now there is a real chance to correctly assess the potential, take into account the lessons of the past, the current situation and adequately determine the future of agriculture. It is necessary to create the right regulatory environment, determine effective measures and support institutions, and then move forward - without hesitation and annual change of priorities," - said Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.

He noted that he would personally control the development of the program document on the agro-industrial complex.

"Moreover, I will listen to officials, entrepreneurs, and experts. The real moment has come to enhance the potential of agriculture. Otherwise, irreversible negative consequences for our economy may occur," the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan stressed.
