NASEC scientists have developed a new specialized food product of dietary preventive nutrition based on honey and antlers
Scientists of the subsidiary organization of the “National Agrarian Science and Educational Center” JSC - LLP“East Kazakhstan Agricultural Experimental Station”, with the scientific support of the Kazakh Academy of Nutrition, developed a new specialized food product of dietary preventive nutrition based on honey and antlers. A specialized food product of dietary preventive nutrition based on honey and antlers "Katon-1, Katon-2 Katon-3 Katon-4," from the Katon-Karagai Legends series of products is used as a general detonating, adaptogenic agent that enhances immunity. The technology uses non-toxic substances with well-known properties.
Honey is a natural product that includes more than 300 different substances: fructose and glucose, ash elements, enzymes, organic acids, nitrous compounds, vitamins, aromatic, biologically active and other substances.
Maral antlers are a unique product. Antlers are non-ossified horns of marals, taken during the period of their growth and maximum accumulation of a natural complex of biologically active substances. The composition of maral pant is very rich - these are amino acids, collagen, vitamins and minerals (iron, calcium, magnesium, sodium, phosphorus, potassium, manganese, selenium, cobalt, copper and zinc, as well as iodine). The substances contained in antlers help to tone up the activity of the gastrointestinal tract, stimulate the secretory and enzymatic function of the digestive glands, activate the regenerative processes of the body and generally have a beneficial effect on the female and male body.
Flower pollen. The pollen contains more than 50 different substances (vitamins of group B, C, E, A; pheno acids and flavonoids; amino acids; polysaccharides, disaccharides; dietary fiber; starch; minerals), saturating the body with the necessary strength, health, giving effective protection against destructive factors.
