Kazakhstan produced record 60 thsd tonnes of refined sunflower oil over the first 4 months of 2020/21 MY (September-December), up 22% compared to the same period of the preceding season, informed Bureau of National statistics of Agency for Strategic planning and reforms.

Moreover, the volume produced in December (19 thsd tonnes) was the second largest monthly volume on record after December 2018 (26 thsd tonnes).
