On May 28, 2020, Nur-Sultan, an agreement was signed on cooperation and joint activities in the field of increasing the level of end-user endowment in agricultural machinery and equipment between three parties – “National Agrarian Science and Educational Center” JSC of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan and “Agromashholding KZ” JSC, “KarAgroMash” LLP.

The purpose of cooperation is to satisfy the demand of agricultural producers and other end users in agricultural machinery and equipment on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, providing equipment.

The parties agreed to jointly act in the field of sales of tractors of the LOVOL trademark, trailers and attachments to them, as well as provide scientific and informational recommendations, consulting services for the dissemination and transfer of knowledge in the agricultural sector.

Under the Agreement, Agromashholding KZ JSC, KarAgroMash LLP will be responsible for providing the necessary amount of equipment, warranty and after-sales service of the equipment.

"National Agrarian Science and Educational Center" JSC is the party that responsible for activities of a scientific and informational recommendations (consulting services, scientific and practical seminars).

The list of subsidiaries of the "National Agrarian Science and Educational Center" JSC (14 units) has been defined, which will be used to purchase agricultural equipment and their aggregates in a total of 103 units, has been determined.

“This Agreement will increase the level of technical equipment of small farms and private farms by organizing the supply of small-sized equipment of Kazakhstan production (AgroMashHolding) also with the scientific and informational support of the NASEC” - T. Rakhimbekov said.

The Agreement shall enter into force on the day of its signing by the Parties and is valid until May 31, 2025.
