In the subsidiaries of the “Kazakh Fruit and Vegetable Research Institute” LLP, spring field work is carried out in accordance with the planned schedule.

At the Saryagash regional branch of the “Kazakh Fruit and Vegetable Research Institute” LLP there were 75 hectares of orchards at the beginning of 2020. Work began on uprooting trees in old, neglected gardens on an area of 25 hectares.

In the garden, arable work has begun between rows of trees, plowing the soil of fruit orchards is planned to be completed by April 5.

To date, 35700 pieces of fruit seedlings have been dug out on the nursery grounds for sale, in the current state of emergency, the seedlings are temporarily placed on the basis of the branch.

Spring pruning was performed in the garden on an area of 40 hectares, and sanitary pruning was carried out on part of the garden.

On March 22-25, specialists of the Institute’s subsidiary have carried out chemical treatment against harmful organisms (before flowering).

The 2nd spraying is planned to be done after flowering in the period of April 15-20. In General, 3-4 treatments are planned for the year, depending on weather conditions.
